Is there cell coverage and internet?
As with most of the more areas of the US, we have cell service, but it's his or miss. The service seems better near the owners house. At this time we don't have wi-fi, but again, data service is spotty here.
Can I bring pets?
Our Ranch Security team (fuzzy kids) get to roam our ranch under supervision. However we ask if you do bring pets that you keep them on a leash at all times, do not leave pets unattended and pick up all waste.
Is there any cost to set up camp?
Our initial goal was to not charge for disabled veterans, but rather to let them donate if they want to. Other veterans would only be charged a small fee to help us offset our expenses and to reinvest into the campground.
Will I see Lions and tigers and bears?
Our property backs up to state lands. Right now we have 3 does and 6 little dear frequently crossing through. We also see pheasant, geese, fox and at times porcupine and skunk. In the summer, there are the snakes....not many, but they are here.
Who do I call to find out about fishing and hunting licenses?
Robert, our owner, is a hunter and fisherman. He would be more than happy to address any and all questions you have!
Is the campground handicap accessible?
We are in the beginning stages of getting the camp in order and set-up. With that being said, at this time we are not. This had been a working farm/ranch, so the area is quite bumpy and holey.
